We independently developed a large-scale continuous recycling production line capable of processing 1,000 tons of carbon fiber composites annually, yielding 600 tons of recycled carbon fiber. This automated, high-capacity, low-energy-consumption production line ensures high-performance retention in recycled carbon fiber. Additionally, our technical team has developed specialized sizing agents for various thermoplastic resins, significantly improving the dispersion and interfacial bonding of chopped recycled carbon fiber during pelletization.

Our recycled carbon fiber composites primarily come from wind turbine blade spars, ensuring stable and consistent sources. The recycled carbon fiber exhibits stable performance, easy dispersion, and the capability for long-term, large-volume supply.
