Upholding Social Welfare
  • The company pledges to comply with laws and international human rights conventions, including gender equality, labor rights, and non-discrimination.
  • We adhere to internationally recognized labor standards, such as freedom of association, collective bargaining, equal employment opportunities and fair treatment for vulnerable groups, prohibition of child labor, elimination of forced labor, and non-discrimination in hiring. Our policies ensure no bias based on gender, race, social class, age, marital status, etc., guaranteeing fairness in employment conditions, compensation, benefits, training, evaluations, and promotions. Effective grievance mechanisms are in place to address labor rights violations, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Anti-Commercial Bribery

All Deqitech employees pledge:

  • ■ To reject commercial bribery, kickbacks, or any unethical gifts.

    ■ To never accept gifts, cash, securities, or any form of benefit from suppliers, partners, or contractors during employment.

    ■ To avoid concurrent employment with suppliers, partners, or contractors.

  • ■ To never exploit authority for personal gain or demand favors.

    ■ To decline subsidized entertainment or activities paid by public funds.

    ■ To avoid arranging or recommending relatives/friends for business with partners or contractors.

Respecting Human Rights

We establish regular communication channels for employees to access information and express opinions on company management and decisions.

The company prohibits all forms of forced or compulsory labor. All employees are hired voluntarily, and no department or individual within the company may demand monetary deposits, material goods, or any form of "company security" from employees. Additionally, employees' identification documents, including resident ID cards, temporary residence permits, and other personal identification certificates, shall not be withheld or confiscated. The company strictly forbids any department or individual from subjecting employees to physical punishment, beating, body searches, humiliation, or confinement in workplaces or dormitories that restrict personal freedom. The use of violence, threats, or any unlawful means to coerce labor is strictly prohibited.

The company prohibits all forms of intimidation, harassment, and abuse, including actions that induce fear, humiliation, offensive language, physical contact, psychological maltreatment, and physical violence.All employees are strictly forbidden from engaging in sexual harassment, which includes unwarranted advances, requests for sexual favors, or any other sexually suggestive physical or verbal conduct. No individual, including managerial staff and security personnel, is permitted to mistreat employees in any manner.

The company strictly prohibits discrimination. It is our policy that in all matters relating to employment - including hiring, compensation, benefits, training, promotion, contract termination, and retirement - no employee shall receive differential treatment based on race, social status, origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, family status, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristic.

Employees may report grievances to department heads, HR, or the union for investigation.
