On August 10, Deputy General Manager (VGM) Zhang Huan, who also serves as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Labor Union, visited the carbon-carbon workshop to express condolences to frontline employees working steadfastly under the extreme heat. Upon arriving at the site, VGM Zhang extended warm regards to the staff who have been tirelessly working on the frontlines, presenting them with cooling care packages and fresh fruits in gratitude for their hard work and dedication. She also reminded everyone to take care of their health and emphasized that safety in production must not be neglected despite the high temperatures. The employees expressed that the company’s care felt like a refreshing breeze dispelling the sweltering heat, boosting their motivation and confidence to fulfill production tasks and live up to the company’s expectations.
